In order to find more talents to improve our competence, present the corportate culture of Sharpvision as well as raise the publicity of Sharpvision among the university students,on 6th, April, we started our campus talks in 2011 and the second stop was Sun Yat-sen University.
There were five parts of the campus talks yesterday: watching the VCR and PPT, experience and thoughts sharing, giving speech, Q&A and resume collecting.
Every student participated in the campus talks got a paper of our recruitment introduction and a bottle of water. Our receptionists were full of spirit and energy to welcome the students and show our respect.
In the part of giving a speech by the leader of Sharpvision, Mr. Stone gave a wonderful speech to the audience attended. He emphasized the potential of this industry, the corporate culture, the competitive edges and the talent policy of Sharpvision.
In the part of Q&A, the students took an active part in. The questions were mainly about the long term planning of Sharpvision, the competitive edge of Sharpvision and the talent policies of Sharpvision ect. Mr. Stone gave detailed answer to each of the questiones raised by the students. He focused on talking about the long term planning of Sharpvision and the talent policies of Sharpvision. After hearing the answer from Mr. Stone, the students attended felt confident about the future development of Sharpvision! |
