In order to strengthen the enterprise management and improve the work efficiency, the management team finally decided to improve the management system. The current management system that each centre operates separately will be changed and the world level ERP management system will be introduced.

On the morning of 9th, December, in order to forge ahead with the development of ERP system and ensure the success of ERP project, the ERP&PDM Project Startup Meeting was held in Sharpvision. The chief commander of the project Mr. Stone, project manager Deng Hongxia, project consultant Dingjie Software Co. and representatives from each center in total about 40 people attended the meeting.

In the meeting, first of all, the project manager Deng Hongxia introduced the members of project team and the assessment criteria. Then the project consultant from Dingjie Software Co. gave an introduction to integrated planning of the project. At last, according to the current operation situation, the general manager and the chief commander of the project Mr. Stone pointed out that the ERP project is the trend of the development of Sharpvision. Mr. Stone also stressed that the staff of Sharpvision should be united as one and keeps the open, ready to learn and responsible mindset. All the staff should strictly comply with relevant regulations. Mr. Stone hoped that through the implement of ERP, the personal career skills of the employees could be improved and the enterprise management would be strengthened.

At the end of the meeting, the representatives from different departments read the vows of the startup meeting. All the participants took a group photo for memorizing.
