Fourth orientation training for new employees 　　　　　　　　　　 2008-7-26

Organized by the assistant manager, Huang Min, the fourth orientation training for our new employees began today. The training is to last for two months, including lessons on Sharpvision, healthy outlook on life, professionalism, communication skills etc.

This training aims at helping the new recruits to better understand the company information and enterprise culture. Via the training, the new staffs will get to know more about the company and gradually fit into the new environment. Meanwhile, they will be able to find their own position and bring their ability into full play.
